The brand behind
the coach.
QuickCruit is a career coach, not a form, and the brand should feel the same. Calm, confident, and on your side.
Here are the pieces: one mark with room to breathe, a deep navy warmed by cream, three typefaces clearly cast, and a voice that sounds like a friend who knows the game. Use them well.
One mark. Room to breathe.
A checkmark and arrow caught inside a ring: momentum and completion, the whole loop of an application in one glyph. Give it clear space on every side equal to the height of the ring, and never recolor it outside the brand palette.
A few don’ts
The mark earns its trust by being consistent. Keep it navy, keep its proportions, keep it flat.
A deep navy, warmed by cream.
One memorable navy carries the brand; everything else is a quiet supporting cast. Click any swatch to copy its hex.
Brand
The deep navy is the brand. Use it for the logo, links, focus rings, and primary action. On dark surfaces the accent lightens for contrast; the filled-CTA navy stays fixed.
Text & ink
Surfaces
A warm cream page, white paper for cards, the faintest warm tint for soft fills, and a hairline for edges.
Accent & signal
Used sparingly. Cobalt and gold add warmth to deep surfaces; success and error speak only when something needs saying.
Three voices, clearly cast.
A serif for the things that matter, a clean sans for everything you read, and a mono for the small print. The wordmark alone uses Plus Jakarta Sans.
Source Serif 4
Display & headings. The editorial voice.
ABCDEFGHIJKLM
abcdefghijklm 0123
Inter
Body & UI. Everything you read.
ABCDEFGHIJKLM

JetBrains Mono
Eyebrows & labels. The small print.

Coach, not cheerleader.
How QuickCruit sounds. The voice is the product, so treat this as the reference: the principles, the examples, and the lines to avoid.
On your side.
Write like a coach who wants you to win: warm, direct, never condescending. Encourage the person, not the resume. When something is hard, say so, then help.
Plain over clever.
Say the true thing simply. Skip the jargon, the hype, and the exclamation points. Calm reads as confident.
Specific beats generic.
A real number where you’d reach for an adjective. “Tailored in about a minute” over “lightning-fast.” Concrete details earn trust; vague promises spend it.
Two beats, then stop.
A short claim, then a short payoff. “Less guessing. More interviews.” Rhythm carries it; a third clause usually does not.
Confidence, earned.
Never oversell. Show the work, name the tradeoff, and let the result speak. Restraint is the premium signal.
Warm, with a wink.
A little personality in the low-stakes corners, an empty state or a footer, one good line at most. Never sarcastic, never at the reader’s expense.
Say this, not that
The voice is easiest to learn by example. Left is us. Right is what to avoid.
House rules
Non-negotiables. They keep the writing human, honest, and unmistakably ours.
- No em dashes. A period, comma, or colon does the job and reads less like a robot.
- Never name competitors. Position against the category (“autofill tools,” “job boards”), not a rival.
- No hype words: supercharge, unlock, elevate, seamless, transform, leverage, world-class.
- Truth-first. No invented numbers, no “guaranteed,” nothing we haven’t shipped.
- Keep the agent honest. It’s the Agent, never “auto-apply.” Until it ships, write it in the future tense: it will apply on the roles you approve and text you for the calls. Never name chat apps. No “fully autonomous,” no “apply to 1000s.”
- Sentence case. No exclamation spam. Save the fun for the low-stakes corners.
- Numbers come from the approved claims table below. Never invent one, never reuse a stale one.

What we never claim
Trust is the product too. These lines stay unwritten, everywhere copy lives.
- Guaranteed interviews or guaranteed jobs. We coach the odds; we don’t promise them.
- Mass applying. Never “apply to 1000s.” Strong-fit roles only, quality over volume.
- Invented experience. The honesty check exists so nothing on a resume is made up.
- A fully autonomous agent. It’s supervised delegation with you in the loop, always.
- That the Agent answers sensitive questions for you. Work authorization, EEO, and anything like them stay with the person.
What’s real, right now.
