Help people get hired. Earn on every payment, for as long as they stay.
Share QuickCruit with your audience. When someone subscribes through your link, 20% of every payment they ever make is yours. Not the first month, not the first quarter. Every payment.
Free to join. A real person reviews every application.
Recurring, not once.
The going rate in this category is 30% for the first three months, about $18 per referral, once. Ours pays less per month and never stops, so it passes the one-time payout in month five and keeps compounding.
From every Pro subscriber you send, 20% of the $20 plan, every month they stay.
What one subscriber pays you over a year. The typical program in this category caps out at $18.
What 25 active Pro subscribers pay you. Recurring, while they keep their plan.
All figures are arithmetic on the live Pro price, $20 a month. Nothing projected.
Apply. Share. Get paid.
Tell us where your audience lives: your channel, site, newsletter, or campus org. A real person reads it and replies.
You get a personal link. Anyone who signs up within 90 days of clicking it is credited to you, on any page they land on.
A monthly statement of clicks, signups, and earnings, and a PayPal payout once you pass $50. Held 30 days for refunds, then it is yours.
Built for career coaches, creators, campus orgs, and newsletters whose audiences are actively job hunting.
Written down, up front.
Most programs in this category bury their terms behind a signup. Here is the whole deal before you apply.
- Commission
- 20% of every payment, for as long as the subscriber stays. No time cap.
- Window
- A signup counts as yours for 90 days after the click. Most programs give 30.
- Payouts
- PayPal, monthly, $50 minimum. Each payment is held 30 days for refunds first.
- Disclosure
- FTC rules require you to disclose affiliate links. We hand you wording that works.
- Not allowed
- Self-referrals, ads on QuickCruit brand terms, and coupon-site listings.
- Changes
- If the terms ever change, you get 30 days notice first.
Questions, answered.
Who can join?
Career coaches, creators, campus organizations, newsletter writers, anyone with an audience of job seekers. Apply with your links and a real person reviews it.
How is this different from the referral program in the app?
The in-app referral program pays job credits for inviting friends. The affiliate program pays cash, 20% of every payment your referrals make, and you join by application.
What counts as my referral?
Anyone who signs up within 90 days of clicking your link. If they later subscribe to a paid plan, every payment they make credits you 20%.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly by PayPal once your balance passes $50. Each commission is held for 30 days after the customer pays, so refunds never claw back money you already received.
Do I have to disclose that my link is an affiliate link?
Yes. FTC rules require a clear disclosure near the link, and our terms do too. We give you wording you can paste as is.
Can I refer myself, or run ads on the QuickCruit name?
No. Self-referrals, bidding on QuickCruit brand terms, and coupon-site listings are grounds for removal from the program.
I am outside the US. Can I still join?
Yes. Payouts go out over PayPal worldwide. Before your first payout we collect one tax form, a W-9 in the US or a W-8BEN elsewhere.
Your audience is job hunting anyway.
Point them at the coach that does it honestly, and take 20% of every payment for as long as they stay.
