QuickCruit started with a simple observation: the internet has a thousand job boards and exactly zero people who'll sit with you for an hour and figure out how to tell your story.

Most career tools are dressed-up forms. Upload your resume, click apply, watch it disappear. The hard part, knowing what to say, who you are, why this role, gets skipped entirely.

We thought that was backwards. The application is the easy part. The story is the work. So we built a coach that does the story work, and lets the application come naturally from that.

That's what QuickCruit is today. A coach you talk to, by voice or text, that learns your story the way a recruiter would and tailors your resume with edits you accept one by one, each with a reason, each checked against what you've actually done. A browser extension that turns applying into one click, where you always hit submit.

QuickCruit started as a Python script, written at midnight to escape the grind of rewriting the same resume for every application. The script grew into a coach. The commitment never changed: help real people tell their story, one application at a time.

This is for the student staring at a blank cover letter at midnight. The new grad who knows they're qualified but can't explain why. The career-switcher whose resume doesn't quite fit anymore. The people whose story is bigger than their bullet points.
