A study plan that survives a bad week.
Enter your resources, the hours you actually have and your exam date. The schedule then rebuilds around what you finished, not what you meant to finish. 450 original vignettes, timed blocks and spaced relearn come with it.

for the planner, the bank, the timed blocks and the reference
Most study plans die in week two.
You lose an afternoon to a bad night or a clinic that ran long. The schedule does not know, so from that day on you are behind a plan that stopped describing your life, and the guilt does more damage than the lost hours did.
This planner is derived from your log rather than a backlog queue. Miss a day and the remaining work redistributes across the days you have left, with the projected finish moving to match. There is nothing to reschedule by hand.
Built forTwo axes, because “I am weak at renal” and “I am weak at pharmacology” are different problems with different fixes.
Six surfaces. All of them open.
Today
The day’s list, sized to the hours you said you have, built from your own resources rather than a generic curriculum.
Open itPractice
450 original vignettes with a full explanation after every answer, and a reason each wrong option was tempting.
Open itTimed block
20 or 40 questions at 90 seconds each with nothing revealed until the end, then a per-question review.
Open itRelearn
Everything you have answered comes back on a spaced schedule until it sticks. Misses return first; the rest waits days.
Open itExplore
Interactive ECG strips, a nephron, a pressure-volume loop and spirometry, for the parts that are easier to move than to read.
Open itReference
58 lab values and 24 formulas. The exam hands you the first and expects you to know the second cold.
Open itWhat it is not. Stated plainly.
The course keeps its own page listing what is wrong with the bank. This is the short version of it.
No physician has reviewed this bank
It is written carefully and checked structurally on every build, but no clinician has signed it off. Treat it as a supplement to your primary resources and check anything that surprises you.
It is small
450 questions is a fraction of what a commercial bank holds. It is not enough to practise on alone.
There are almost no images
9 of the 450 vignettes carry a figure: rhythm strips, flow-volume loops and acid-base plots, each drawn from the same description the question is written against. There is no histology, no radiology and no clinical photography, and those are a real part of the exam.
The longest option wins too often
Measured across the whole bank on 6 August 2026, clicking the longest choice every time scored 61%, against 20% for guessing. That is a flaw in our writing rather than a study tip, it inflates every accuracy figure the app shows you, and the build holds the number from rising while we fix it.
Two published categories have no questions
The USMLE publishes Human Development at 1 to 3 percent of Step 1 and Social Sciences: Communication and Interpersonal Skills at 6 to 9 percent. Nothing here is tagged to either.
It schedules your resources, it does not host them
The planner stores how many cards or questions or minutes each of your own materials holds, by name and by count. Nobody else’s deck, question bank or video course is mirrored, hosted or reproduced here.
