About the Opportunity

The Lahey Program in Clinical Immunodeficiency is seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner to collaborate directly with Dr. Jocelyn Farmer—a national expert in immunodeficiency care—in growing a sub-specialty clinical care program of excellence at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center.

Our mission is to build seamless, functional care pipelines that deliver equitable, high-quality outcomes for patients with low immune function. These complex patients often present with:

  • Recurrent or atypical infections
  • Autoimmune conditions
  • Secondary immune deficiencies or underlying malignancies

Backed by strong leadership support and a dedicated administrative team, we are looking for the final key player to complete our collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights

  • Patient-Centered Care: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing continuity of care and leading communication across a multidisciplinary global care team.
  • Advanced Diagnostics & Therapies: Order and interpret complex immune diagnostic testing; prescribe and supervise antibody replacement therapy.
  • Program Innovation: Utilize and continuously help refine evidence-based clinical care pipelines.
  • Clinical Research: Collaborate with our expanding research team on cutting-edge clinical trials.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
  • Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or eligible)
  • Current Board Certification
  • Valid DEA registration & MCSR (Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration)

Pay Range

$133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
