About the Role
The Associate Director (AD) for RINVOQ Vitiligo will be responsible for key strategic initiatives related to the planning and go-to-market deliverables for the launch of RINVOQ in the Vitiligo indication. The AD will coordinate across both internal and external stakeholders to enable an integrated and successful launch execution. In addition, partnering across functional teams and Immunology franchise, both US and International, will be critical to ensure successful implementation of tactics for RINVOQ VIT.
This individual will report to the Head of Marketing, Vitiligo and Alopecia Areata.
The responsibilities of this role are listed below but may shift based on business needs:
- RINVOQ Launch Strategy Initiatives: Support and drive key strategic initiatives related to the planning and go-to-market deliverables for the launch of RINVOQ in the vitiligo indication.
- Execution of Professional Tactics: Execute key professional tactics, in partnership with agency and MRL partners, to support the RINVOQ Vitiligo business with a focus on sales representative channels and the brand's digital footprint.
- Sales Force Engagement: Partner closely with the sales force and sales training teams to develop comprehensive and effective tools that will enable a strong launch.
- Financial Management: Ensure that RINVOQ Vitiligo stays within budget, partnering with Finance and other brand stakeholders to maintain oversight throughout the year.
- Strategic Communication: Plan and execute an internal and external communications plan in partnership with Medical, Public Affairs, and other cross-functional partners to maximize the share of voice for RINVOQ Vitiligo.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Proven ability to complete work product on-time with excellence
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and within a highly matrixed environment
- Pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through
- Budget management experience
Preferred
- 6+ years of relevant brand marketing experience
- Prior experience in Professional pharmaceutical marketing
- Pharmaceutical launch experience
- Strategic and tactical planning experience
- MBA or other advanced degree
