The Materials Supervisor is responsible for overseeing material flow, inventory control, shipping/ receiving, and warehouse operations to ensure uninterrupted production. This role ensures the timely receipt, storage, and delivery of materials while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

• Material Flow & Supply Ensure continuous availability of raw materials to support production schedules Coordinate inbound, storage, and line-side delivery of materials Monitor material shortages and implement corrective actions

• Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5+ years of experience in materials, warehouse, or supply chain operations
• 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience in manufacturing environment required
• ERP systems (SAP preferred)
