Required Experience:

5+ years film or video production computer management, desktop support maintenance, strong background with Windows operating systems, MS Office, computer hardware, and desktop support concepts, supervision experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

5+ years Experience in an academic and/or post production environment.

This includes ensuring compliance with legal and NYU security standards, safeguarding sensitive information, and mitigating potential risks effectively. Technical expertise in operating systems, network protocols, and various software applications. Proficiency in data management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Knowledge of current and emerging technologies (e.g., digital and analog film and television technologies). Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
