Inbound Sales Support Specialist

As an Inbound Sales Support Specialist at Cerity Partners, you will play a crucial role in managing public i nteractions with the firm. Your primary responsibilities will be to handl e all initial inbound phone calls, website chats, and form fills for the firm. You will serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive representation of our fir m and teams.

This role handles the routing of inbound communications to advisors across the country, the Marketing and Operations teams, and other areas of the firm.

In addition to being a key connector within our firm, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to ensure all individuals who encounter Cerity Partners’ services are met with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Manage all initial inbound calls, website chats, and inquiries to the firm.
• Route inbound requests and queries to the appropriate firm contact.
• Represent Cerity Partners with the utmost professionalism and positiv ity.
• Record and r eport on inbound interactions.
• Other administrative tasks as needed.

• Proven success in customer service, either in person or online.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the wealth management industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills not required ).
• CRM and marketing automation experience is a plus but not required.
