Shifts Available
Evenings: Full or Part-time, 2pm-10:30pm, including every other weekend
Nights: Part-time: 10pm-6:30am, including every other weekend

Your Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing services including resident assessments, vital signs, and medication administration
- Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care and daily living instruction
- Conduct regular rounds and communicate observations
- Document and report unusual or abnormal findings, care plan changes, and follow-up needs
- Supervise nursing personnel and provide job-specific guidance
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

- RN from accredited or state approved school of nursing preferred.
- Valid Indiana RN License
