About the Role

The Senior I/O Psychologist/Psychometrician will design, validate, implement, and continue improvement of personnel assessment tools to support hiring and selection of personnel.

Note** This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.

Responsibilities

Design, validate, implement, and continue improvement of personnel assessment tools to support hiring and selection of personnel.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

10 years experience in federal personnel assessment tools
Master's Degree in I/O Psychology
Public Trust Clearance
