Job Summary
The Product Support Intern is a self-starter, looking for a unique growth opportunity. This intern will be responsible for an array of tasks and projects that will challenge, inspire, and pave the foundational building blocks of their career.
As a Product Support Intern you will
- Respond to customer inquiries utilizing Service Now.
- Contribute to department attainment of organizational objectives and high customer
- satisfaction.
- Manage the support team ticketing queue. Assigning cases and tasks.
- Gain experience working in Cybersecurity
- Observe, analyze, and propose process improvements suggestions and/or reports
Qualifications
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to Document a Technical Issue for escalation
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
- Displays excellent judgement, maturity, and enthusiasm
- Available to work full-time Monday-Friday
- Currently enrolled in a college program pursuing a degree in cybersecurity, computer science or other related IT degree.
