About the Job

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse by assessing patient needs, implementing individualized care plans, and promoting safe, high-quality clinical outcomes.
  • Coordinate patient care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team while documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Assess patient conditions, communicate clinical changes promptly, and carry out physician and nursing orders to support patient safety and quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate discharge planning, ensure continuity of care, and deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
  • What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences you'll need

  • one year RN experience preferred
