Key Responsibilities
- · Design and optimize Snowflake data platforms and pipelines.
- · Develop PySpark-based ETL/ELT solutions.
- · Integrate Snowflake with AWS/Azure services.
- · Implement data governance, security, and performance optimization.
- · Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
- · Mentor team members and provide architectural guidance.
Qualifications
- · 10+ years of IT experience with 5–7+ years in Snowflake.
- · Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and PySpark.
- · Experience building enterprise data warehouse solutions.
- · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- · P&C Insurance domain experience is a plus.
