About the Job

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Patient Surveillance: Maintained continuous, high-vigilance monitoring of assigned patients utilizing advanced video surveillance systems to ensure a secure environment.
  • Proactive Communication: Utilized two-way audio devices to deliver clear instructions to patients, promoting comfort and mitigating immediate safety risks.
  • Clinical Collaboration: Escalated critical changes in patient behavioral patterns or safety statuses to the clinical staff to facilitate rapid intervention.
  • Detailed Documentation: Logged comprehensive records of patient activities, behaviors, and safety metrics to support data-driven care planning.
  • What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences you'll need

  • 2+ years of healthcare or customer service preferred
  • Hospital experience preferred
  • Patient monitor experience a plus
