Our Monetization Strategic Finance team is looking for a highly motivated and deeply analytical Senior Associate to support the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) organization. In this role, you will drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for our Onsite Ads business, analyzing marketplace trends and identifying opportunities to drive growth. You will develop and maintain complex financial models, analyze ecosystem and product performance, and generate actionable insights that inform strategic planning and investment decisions.

This role will also directly support the Ads Measurement team, partnering closely with R&D (e.g., Product, Engineering, Data Science) and GTM (e.g., Product Marketing, Business Development) to evaluate new product opportunities, inform strategic priorities, and define and track success metrics. This role provides a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of finance, product, and strategy, directly supporting the continued growth of LinkedIn's advertising business. The ideal candidate has exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, deep intellectual curiosity, and a passion for solving complex business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Supports financial planning and performance management by maintaining complex models and leading detailed analyses on performance.
  • Utilizes insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with limited guidance.
  • Identifies new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and supports strategy development with cross-functional partners.
  • Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.
  • Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate product opportunities, define success metrics, and support strategic decision-making with minimal supervision.
  • Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members.
  • Synthesizes problems and communicates point of view to support decision-making on issues related to individual work in smaller group discussions.
  • Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support.
  • Contributes to the culture and values of the organization including diversity, inclusion, and belonging, through organization-wide events and initiatives.
  • Seeks out new opportunities for career growth and skill development.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in the technology industry.
  • 1+ years of experience with financial modeling and data analytics.
  • Experience with SQL is preferred.
  • Experience with digital advertising or marketplace business models is a plus.

The pay range for this role is $107,000 to $172,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
