As a Full-Time Emergency Department RN, you will
- Deliver expert nursing care to pediatric emergency patients across a wide range of acuity levels.
- Rapidly assess, stabilize, and monitor patients in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Advocate for patients and families while providing education, emotional support, and compassionate care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania RN license (or eligible)
- BLS required
- PALS required (or obtained within designated timeframe)
- Previous Emergency Department and/or Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient-centered care

Education Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Experience
- Relevant ED/Critical Care RN Experience
Certification and Licensure
- PA Registered Nurse License
- BLS Certification
- PALS within one year of hire
