Position Purpose: As a key member of Operations, this role will oversee the establishment of new operational processes and operating models, delivery of new technical capabilities, and coordination across key stakeholders, all in support of the Duals growth strategy.
- Accountable for operational decision-making and guiding transformational change, including process improvements, policies and operating model updates for shared services in support of the Duals product.
- Partner with shared service leadership and market leadership to establish the operational strategic plans, annual operational objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and expectations at enterprise and market levels.
- Perform duties as senior liaison between product line, other business units, corporate, and external stakeholders related to operational areas.
- Partner with program management to deliver new product implementations for the Duals area and lead improvement initiatives to ensure value delivery and risk mitigation.
- In partnership with matrixed operational functions, facilitate Duals/DSNP Implementations including SMAC requirements, MMP Conversions, and DSNP RFPs.
- Lead integration work for the Duals line of business.
- Primary coordinator of the Duals capital program requests, as they relate to shared services operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Management, or related field required. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position. 10+ years operations, management, project management or administration experience in the healthcare or insurance industry required. Demonstrated leadership related to Duals and/or Medicare strongly preferred. Travel up to 25% required. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
