About the Role
You will drive the post-contract customer journey for Supercharger and Semi Charging projects, helping manage projects from signed deal through engineering review, delivery, commissioning, and operations/service handoff.
You are fully accountable for delivering a seamless charging experience to current and future Supercharger customers through reliable, well-coordinated project execution. Responsibilities
- Support the post-contract customer journey for a large portfolio of concurrent Supercharger and Semi Charging projects in North America
- Manage customer accounts with real-time status, blockers, and next actions; proactively update leadership and keep partners aligned through site opening
- Serve as a cross-functional bridge among Business Development, Engineering, Sales Ops, and related teams. Coordinate handoffs, flag engineering drawing and permitting risks early, align delivery timing, and keep projects moving
- Design, deploy, and operate automated workflow systems to scale partner onboarding and customer communications
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management, customer success, or sales operations, or equivalent experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder pipelines
- Strong time management skills with experience in contracts, real estate, utility planning, charging infrastructure, EV infrastructure policy, or local permitting preferred
- Highly organized; able to simultaneously manage 100+ projects in various phases without missing a beat
- Thinks from first principles, moves with urgency, owns outcomes, and thrives in high-accountability environments
- Intrinsically motivated and outspoken about what is needed to complete tasks and exceed goals

$96,000 - $144,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
