Job Description
Job Summary: The Head of Transformation is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the company’s regional transformation roadmap. Working closely with the Senior Leadership team, they define transformation plans across Airbus Helicopters North America’s (AHNA). The role drives cross-functional initiatives focused on five core pillars: People, Industrial Ecosystem, Customer Centricity, Technology & Innovation, and Sustainability.
Transformation & Digitalization: 50%
- Build-up an AHNA transformation plan aligned with executive leadership & Mother Company and define the associated change management plan
- Function as a project manager with overall responsibility for the successful planning, tracking and execution of multiple, simultaneous, and medium to large complex projects
- Optimize business processes to achieve more efficient results including establishing standard processes and best ways of working
- Drive the Site Development Planning (SDP) process across regional sites (Grand Prairie, Columbus, Fort Erie) and ensure overall execution.
- Leverage data analytics, process automation, and End-to-End (E2E) performance management to eliminate bottlenecks and secure On-Time Delivery (OTD) rate on E2E flows.
- Develop and submit the Business Case Analysis when proposing changes
- Define an effective data analytics strategy applicable across AHNA
- Develop, oversee, monitor and implement the group’s digital strategy in line with organizational values, objectives and priorities
- Create and embed a prioritization approach to develop a roadmap for innovation with the relevant processes, tools and metrics to support business objectives and new growth opportunities
Business Improvement: 30%
- Propose and implement performance improvement initiative aligned with strategic plan: Identify and measure the opportunities of competitiveness improvement Identify the action leverages, risks and management issues of the associated change Prepare projects launch and make sure of their compliance with the corporate strategic objectives

- Implement the methods, tools and states of mind to drive the performance improvement
- Champion the adoption and expansion of digital dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key TCOs and TFOs.
- Incorporate industry standard methodologies, conduct internal and external benchmarking and implement standards, key measures and metrics
- Drive organizational mindset shifts centered on accountability, continuous improvement (LEAN), and a customer-first digital approach to reinforce a productive workplace culture.
About the Job
Ensure Coordination, Alignment and Communication with Broader Airbus Partners: 20%
- Develop an integrated transformation network with liaison within business functions to most effectively perform AHNA transformation, adjusting to changes, developing a long-lasting improvement mentality.
- Create and support an environment of digital innovation and best ways of working, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of AHNA in order to increase efficiency & reduce costs
- Lead other key functional areas (IM, finance …) to develop and implement the supporting pillars of the successfully achieve transformation projects.
- Lead AHNA transformation & digital transformation to success: ensure the required awareness, collaboration, and work packages across a multi-national/multi-cultural/multi-site team encompassing a wide range of functions and levels of seniority
- Ensure support and concurrence of key partners in respect to key priorities of AHNA strategy
- Develop & implement Airbus Americas Regional transformation plan as well identify alignments for each Airbus Divisions in North America

- Bachelor’s degree in management, project management, business improvement, or similar related field or equivalent experience
