Advanced Flow Systems (AFS) includes the Liquid Controls and Corken branded products that make fluid transfer safe, accurate, and efficient. Liquid Controls primarily provide metering, fluid handling and data ecosystem for truck-based custody transfer of highly valuable fuels. They have product solutions to support other downstream oil & gas custody transfer applications as well. Corken offers a wide variety of industrial compression and pumping solutions for the process, energy, and transport industries. Applications include autogas filling stations, bulk plant pumps, tank car unloading, delivery truck, and transport. AFS is headquartered in Oklahoma City, OK and sales/service office in Chicago, IL and an employee base of approximately 220+.
The Aftermarket Lead ensures the delivery of quality products to all customers through strong work ethic, close attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. The Aftermarket Clerk assists with pulling, packaging, and ensuring the accuracy and all paperwork and documentation is complete.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Monitor work orders, ensuring orders are being processed and assigned to the designated sales order
- Pull sales orders as specified by customer pick slips
- Accurately perform required aftermarket transactions in JDE
- Responsible for ensuring each PN is correct according to the job sheet, JDE transactions are complete, and sales orders are co-assigned by another associate for accuracy
- Act with a high level of urgency and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of the team’s work
- Demonstrate responsibility, teamwork, respect, and dependability to create a positive work environment
- Assist in training team members as needed
- Assist in performing root cause corrective actions
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as required
Required Skills/Abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of JDE
- Ability to work well and cooperate with all departments across the organization
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods working on feet and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Visual acuity to read instructions and perform transactions in JDE
