Wisable, a tech-enabled business brokerage spun out of D. E. Shaw’s venture studio, seeks a transaction advisor to guide clients through the business sale process, from go-to-market through closing. This advisor will work directly with small business owners who want to exit, helping them identify the right buyer for their business and navigate each stage of the transaction. This position is with Wisable, not the D. E. Shaw group. As a portfolio company of the D. E. Shaw group’s venture studio, DESCOvery, Wisable benefits from the firm’s industry expertise and network.
