How you'll make an impact in this role
- Define financial, operational, and clinical data necessary for evaluating change initiatives.
- Identify steps, tools, and training necessary to implement a process or structural change.
- Oversee functioning of assigned projects/project teams and for collaborating with executive leadership to access necessary resources.
- Manage resources, process and quality assurance of projects within scope of responsibility.
- Develop and update the ongoing management plan.
- Monitor and ensure that detailed project plans, reporting mechanisms, issue resolution processes, and communications are timely and meet quality guidelines.
- What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Certification specializing in Lean Healthcare Mgmt preferred.. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed
- Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed
- Registered Nurse preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed
Education
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences you'll need
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in performance improvement
- Lean (green or black belt) or quality (CPHQ) certifications preferred
