RN Manager – In-Home Care Services

Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking an RN Manager – In-Home Care Services (Monday–Friday Days) to join our team at Pathways Omaha, located at 5755 Sorensen Parkway, Omaha, NE 68152.

This role combines clinical leadership, staff development, care planning, and quality oversight while supporting a team of in-home CNAs dedicated to helping seniors live safely and independently in the community.

Pay is based on experience, education, certifications, and skills.
