SUMMARY
Support the design, development, and delivery of Interactive Multi-Media Instruction (IMI) and Computer Based Training (CBT). Products include training media in multi-media, virtual, game-based, and distributive training environments. Establish methodologies, processes, and working group interactions in all stages of IMI and CBT development to ensure technically accurate results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the content expert for curriculum development efforts in all stages of IMI and CBT development to ensure technically accurate results.
- Apply CT subject matter expertise to ensure the instructional system design efforts accurately reflect CT terminology, doctrine and systems.
- Support the design team with the effective formulation of graphics and computer-based training technology
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Formally completed Navy CT "A" school and "C" school.
- Fifteen (15) years of active-duty Navy experience under the enlisted ratings of Cryptologic Technician – Maintenance (CTM), Cryptologic Technician – Collection (CTR), or Cryptologic Technician – Technical (CTT).
- Expertise interpreting and evaluating Navy tactical situations and making recommendations.
- Experience in instructing Navy courses and developing curriculum.
- SME expertise in the following CT subject matter:
- Operation and maintenance of radar systems
- Intelligence collection protocols and procedures
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (generally, U.S. Citizenship required).
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Instructor certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of USN training standards.
- Thorough knowledge of CT equipment, operations, and security protocols.
- Experience with military training is preferred; Navy experience is a plus.
- Ability to develop comprehensive technical plans, procedures, and work instructions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s automobile insurance policy. Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in a hybrid setting. Employee will work remotely and in an office setting. Employee will be exposed to a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing; occasional walking or standing, occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $110,000 - $118,000
