Production Scheduling Specialist

We're seeking a Production Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you'll play a key part in coordinating production schedules, supporting customer commitments, and ensuring communication across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer-facing teams. This is a fully onsite position.

• Supports production meetings through updates of customer needs and constraints by part number.
• Facilitates performance tracking through on-time deliveries and limitations to component completion.
• Updates customer products and answers lead time/estimated ship information for account managers and customer service.
• Confirms orders to match current and future state plant capabilities.
• Supports and updates Supply & Operations slides, and well as supports supply chain monthly reviews.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of procurement or supply chain related experience
• Manufacturing industry experience
