As a trusted partner to McDonald's U.S. Supply Chain Management, we're looking for a Manager, Digital Supply Chain to lead the execution of strategic digital supply chain initiatives that improve visibility, strengthen data governance, and drive meaningful operational improvements across the U.S. System.

What You'll Do

As the Manager, Digital Supply Chain, you'll serve as a key connector between suppliers, distribution centers, restaurant operators, McDonald's, and cross-functional business partners to successfully implement and sustain digital supply chain solutions.

You'll lead implementation efforts from planning through deployment, ensuring projects stay on track while building strong relationships across a complex network of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Digital Supply Chain Initiatives

  • Drive the execution and deployment of Efficient Digital Supply Chain (EDSC) initiatives across suppliers, distribution centers, and restaurants.
  • Manage implementation plans, deployment schedules, readiness trackers, and project documentation.
  • Monitor milestones, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

Partner Across the McDonald's System

  • Collaborate with suppliers, McDonald's Supply Chain, Operations, Technology teams, HAVI, Armada, distributors, and restaurant operators to support successful implementations.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding activities, implementation readiness, and issue resolution.
  • Build strong relationships that encourage collaboration and drive successful adoption of new technologies.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Monitor supplier and restaurant readiness, including data quality, infrastructure dependencies, and operational execution.
  • Analyze implementation metrics and communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardize best practices, and increase implementation efficiency.

Support Adoption & Change Management

  • Develop implementation guides, training materials, and communication resources.
  • Coordinate field testing, restaurant pilots, and phased rollouts.
  • Capture lessons learned and incorporate continuous improvements into future deployments.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading or supporting process improvement, digital transformation, data management, or change management initiatives.
  • Experience implementing technology or business system solutions in a cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of system integrations, data governance, business process improvement, and technology implementation best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with suppliers, distribution partners, franchise organizations, or large enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on actionable solutions.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations and levels of leadership.
  • Experience developing implementation documentation, training materials, and operational communications.
