About the Job
How you'll make an impact in this role
- Design and apply structured change management strategies to effectively lead large-scale organizational and technological transitions
- Conduct organizational assessments, analyze data, and proactively evaluate risks to deliver actionable resistance management guidelines that minimize the impact of change
- Collaborate with internal key partners to guide initiatives while influencing key outcomes and deliverables including adoption of change
- Design, develop and deliver interactive change management workshops to build sustainable change capabilities across all levels of the organization
- Own the change strategy deliverables and actively monitor progress to evaluate the effectiveness of change enablement efforts against intended outcomes
- What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences you'll need
- Prosci certification strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience leading large-scale change management initiatives from conception through implementation, utilizing specialized tools for assessment, communication, and tracking.
- Strong workshop facilitation and adult learning expertise, with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders across the organization.
- Exceptional, courageous interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with and influence senior leadership.
