Job Summary
Directs the development and implementation of policies, procedures related to Administrative Services. Responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include assuring the delivery of care to patients and adherence to service standards.
- Develops departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the requirements and objectives of the organization.
- Plans, organizes and directs all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
- Prepares budgets and ensures compliance with allocated funding.
- Directs and evaluates all administrative services activities, including service level determination and complaint management to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor's degree
