As an Operations Quality Associate, you’ll maintain consistent customer satisfaction by continually enhancing operational processes and services through the development, documentation, and maintenance of a robust quality management program. • Deliver timely and precise daily, weekly, and monthly distribution of quality audit reports, complete with data insights and actionable recommendations to address key business challenges.
• Enhance competitive differentiation through proactive process improvements with a solution-oriented approach.
• Conduct thorough root cause analyses to analyze and dissect performance trends.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop action plans for addressing quality issues and closing gaps, highlighting necessary corrective actions and recommendations to ensure compliance.
• Identify quality control trends necessitating targeted training for operational teams and new hires, while leading coaching initiatives, specialized programs, and projects to continuously improve operational quality performance.

• Abilities: Able to focus on multiple deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating teamwork and leadership capabilities. Able to creatively problem-solve and think abstractly to identify process improvements.
• Experience: Member Solutions background or experience required. 3+ years of relevant QA assurance experience preferred. 1+ years of experience working with employer groups preferred. 1+ years of experience in health insurance or consumer-directed products (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs, etc.) at an agency, TPA, health plan, or financial institution preferred.
• Education: Associate/Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Location: 25% Hybrid in our Maitland, FL office
