Role Summary
The BPO/BPaaS Healthcare Executive will lead the Payer, Provide, Medicare and Medicaid business across global delivery centers, with full P&L ownership, solution alignment, people leadership, and strategic growth responsibilities.
Product & Solution Leadership Understand IT product lifecycle and build/enhance product strategy aligned to future regulatory and client needs. Govern and scale differentiated BPaaS and AI-enabled solutions across Enrollment & Billing, Claims, Provider Lifecycle, Clinical & Care Management, and Customer Service. Ensure offerings remain competitive, compliant, and outcome-driven. Incubate and industrialize solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and member/patient experience. Business & Financial Accountability Own end-to-end P&L for the Payer and Provider with Medicare & Medicaid business. Drive revenue growth in line with industry benchmarks. Identify new opportunities for expansion, margin optimization, and transformation-led growth. Strengthen competitive positioning in large healthcare pursuits.
͏ People & Leadership Development Build and develop high-performing leadership across global delivery centers. Create an agile, empowered, and domain‑led culture. Mentor emerging leaders to strengthen succession pipelines. Strategy & Market Alignment Define and execute strategic priorities for Medicare and Medicaid offerings. Track and respond to evolving healthcare trends including Medicare/Medicaid regulatory shifts, ACA, and Value-Based Care models. Align investments and capabilities to industry direction and client transformation needs. Ecosystem Development & Thought Leadership Represent the Healthcare business across analyst engagements, RFP pursuits, and industry assessments. Support M&A, partnerships, and capability expansions aligned to healthcare strategy. Strengthen the organization’s perception as a trusted healthcare transformation partner.
Experience & Qualifications
20+ years in the Healthcare industry with deep expertise in Medicare and Medicaid.
Proven leadership in BPaaS and platform-led BPS delivery.
Strong knowledge of IT products and product development lifecycle.
Experience leading multi‑geo delivery models (India, Philippines, US).
Strong understanding of modern technology-led transformation including AI and GenAI.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
