Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior (Level 3 or 4) Systems Engineering Support Analyst to support our Lab Operations team in Oklahoma City, OK!
The ideal Experienced or Senior Systems Engineering Support Analyst will be well-organized, reliable individual with a background in project management to assist with complex lab build-up and sustainment by providing technical coordination and leadership between the different team groups (Engineering, Operations and Lab Operations) to ensure completion of the lab build is technically correct on schedule and within budget. The candidate will be supporting ASC2 labs.
Level 3 - Experienced
- Acts as a liaison between Lab Engineering, Lab Ops, and Program
- Works collaboratively with technicians in understanding of released Engineering designs
- Provides oversight and direction of build activities to other technicians
- Updates build schedules and metrics due to changes in part deliveries
- Provides forecasting and status of Lab build effort to program
- Coordination with lab User community to establish build priorities
- Proactively collaborates with cross functional teams to solve complex issues and provide resolutions
- Control Account Manager (CAM) duties
- Utilizes GOLD, CMPro, ADO
- Create and deliver presentations to IPT teammates and leaders
Level 4 – Senior
- Serves as a primary interface between Lab Engineering, Lab Operations, and Program leadership to ensure alignment on technical execution and delivery priorities
- Leads team of Lab Operations project engineers
- Leads collaboration with technicians to interpret, validate, and implement released engineering designs with minimal oversight
- Directs and prioritizes build activities across technician teams, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and efficient resource utilization
- Owns build schedule updates, risk impacts, and performance metrics in response to changes in part availability and delivery timing
- Develops and communicates forecasted build status, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to program stakeholders and leadership
- Partners with the lab user community to establish, evaluate, and adjust build priorities based on program needs and operational constraints
- Proactively drives cross-functional issue resolution by coordinating with engineering, operations, supply chain, and program teams to resolve complex technical and schedule challenges
- Performs Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities, including cost, schedule, and performance tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Leverages tools such as GOLD, CMPro, and ADO to manage execution, track deliverables, and support program reporting and decision-making
- Create and deliver presentations to IPT teammates and leaders
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- 3+ years’ experience in Project management or similar
- Experience with Microsoft Project or other program management software
- Experience with Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, and Power point)
- Experience interfacing with cross functional teams
- Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Aerospace experience including avionics, mission computing, communications HW and SW
- Level 3: 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Level 4: 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Summary pay range Experienced (Level 3) $92,650 – $125,350
Summary pay range Senior (Level 4) $113,900 – $154,100
