About the Job

ASRC Federal Mission Services, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a full-time Senior Salesforce Developer to support our government customer programs. This is a fully remote position. Key Role:

Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to support mission-critical government programs Partner with business analysts, program stakeholders, and end users to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations and custom code Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools Manage Salesforce release cycles, including code deployment, sandbox refreshes, and change management through CI/CD pipelines Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Salesforce platform to maintain high system availability Evaluate new Salesforce features, recommending enhancements to system architecture

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of experience developing custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configuration BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant discipline required; an advanced degree may be substituted for three years of required experience Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations

Must be a US Citizen to meet government contract requirements

Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer II or Application Architect certification Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud or Government Cloud Plus Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and CI/CD tools such as Copado or Gearset
