Your Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven leader to accelerate growth across Industry & Digital accounts. This role will own go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, account expansion, pipeline development, and large deal pursuits while serving as a trusted advisor to senior client executives.The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and experience positioning Data, AI, Cloud, GenAI, and digital transformation solutions aligned to client priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute account-level go-to-market strategy and revenue growth plans.
  • Drive pipeline creation, opportunity development, deal shaping, and large deal wins.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and white-space expansion opportunities across assigned accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CDOs, and senior business leaders.
  • Align client priorities with Industry & Digital offerings across Data, AI, Cloud, GenAI, and digital transformation.
  • Own account-level commercial performance, including revenue, margin, forecast, and pipeline health.
  • Drive pipeline governance, deal reviews, forecasting discipline, and revenue realization.
  • Ensure alignment between sold margin and delivered margin in partnership with delivery leadership.
  • Activate alliance and co-sell opportunities with partners such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, and similar ecosystems.
  • Provide commercial leadership to Account Delivery Leaders and partner with Delivery Executives on governance, risk visibility, and operating rhythm.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Extensive experience in sales, account management, business development, consulting, or commercial leadership within technology services.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, pipeline development, and large deal closures.Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Data, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Analytics, Digital Transformation, and Generative AI solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing revenue, margin, pipeline, and forecasting responsibilities.Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, delivery, solution, and alliance teams in a matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting strategic enterprise accounts and complex client portfolios.
  • Experience within global technology consulting, digital services, cloud, data, AI, or transformation environments.
  • Experience with alliance-led growth and co-sell motions involving AWS, GCP, Snowflake, or similar partners.
  • Demonstrated success supporting large-scale transformation opportunities and complex commercial discussions.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $220,000- $250,000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
