We’re looking for a designer, communicator, and problem solver who can own end-to-end visual, user experience, Partner Sites and Customer Journey Design across media, platforms, and formats. In this role, you’ll shape campaigns, craft intuitive and beautiful product experiences, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners while maintaining a deep understanding of digital curation and culture.

Description

We are looking for talent, who is a fountain of ideas and creative thinking who can think and implement quickly, laterally, independently or collaboratively. In this role, you will need to be experienced in developing and executing an design strategy and has an advanced understanding of what makes Apple Services engaging and successful across platforms and audiences

  • Demonstrates strong user experience sensibilities with an uncanny level of curiosity; keeps up with the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies and resources
  • Collaborates with Creatives, Project Managers, Marketing, Business Owners and Executives to tackle complex problems with simple solutions
  • Experience developing prototypes for a variety of platforms and use cases; can rapidly prototype their ideas across a myriad of devices, experiences and scenarios
  • A passion for nurturing relationships, managing and mentoring creatives, and can use that rapport to align teams around a vision
  • Keen understanding of local market creative and cultural nuances
  • Ability to work on global teams, across time zones, date lines and traditional routine

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Customer Journey and Partner Sites Design, campaigns, creative, and experience design strategies that make content engaging, intuitive, and effective across platforms and audiences.

Create end-to-end design solutions across digital, social, product, motion, and static formats, scaling a single story thoughtfully for each medium and touchpoint.

Apply Human Interface and UX principles to define flows, behaviors, and interactions that feel native to the platform and aligned with brand and product goals.

Concept, prototype, and refine design work across a range of devices, experiences, and scenarios, from low-fidelity explorations to polished, in-context comps and motion prototypes.

Collaborate with creatives, HI partners, product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and executives to solve complex problems with clear, simple, and elegant design solutions.

Art direct and manage external artists, agencies, and production partners to deliver cohesive visual and experiential outcomes.

Shape visual narratives through strong command of motion graphics, visual storytelling, typography, photography, and illustration.

Source, art-buy, edit, retouch, or capture photography as needed to support both visual and experiential storytelling.

Contribute to and maintain high standards of craft, detail, accessibility, and brand authenticity in all visual and experience design output.

Mentor and guide other creatives, helping to align teams around a shared design and experience vision.

Work fluidly on global, cross-time-zone teams while staying attuned to local market and cultural nuances.

Stay current on tools, technologies, HI guidelines, and trends in design, media, and digital storytelling, and bring those insights into the work.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Information, Communication, Web design or equivalent experienceAdditional Requirements

Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in delivering strategic ideas across digital, social or static form factors.

5+ years relevant design or creative experience required; bonus for tours in publishing, magazines, or content creation/delivery

Has passion about the brand and is relentless in preserving its authenticity

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,000 and $263,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
