Fully licensed in Wisconsin
Have at least 1 year of prescribing experience as a licensed PMHNP in an outpatient setting.
Child, adolescent, or adult experience.
About the Job
$218,000 to $280,000 + Sign on bonus (full-time), compensation model based on productivity.
