About the Job
How you'll make an impact in this role
Lead conceptualization and development of innovative business and care models that align incentives towards achievement of the Quadruple Aim.
- Responsible for clinical and operational performance across the continuum of care, including the growth and development of systems of care as well as achievement of clinical performance improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance in the ongoing implementation of flexible, innovative physician alignment strategies to foster a commitment to clinical quality and patient safety, enhance patient experience, and promote creation of long-term partnerships with physicians.
- Champion quality and safety efforts within the organization, and ensure implementation of clinically reliable process standards and patient experience improvements.
- Ensure alignment of performance with the practices and standards of excellence and determine interventions necessary to improve performance.
- Provide input on the design of risk-based arrangements, including identification of payers to approach for fee for value contracts.
- What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Physician MD/DO obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
Education
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 5 of those years being in leadership/management.
