Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time FMLA
Position Overview
We're seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide FMLA coverage for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite opportunity supports students across an elementary school and a high school within the same district, offering a diverse and rewarding caseload.
Assignment Details
- Position: Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Duration: September 8, 2026 – January 8, 2027
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Setting: Onsite
- Grade Levels: K–12
- Schools: Elementary School & High School
- Reason for Opening: FMLA Leave
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in both elementary and high school settings.
- Complete evaluations, documentation, and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families.
- Participate in IEP meetings and support student success across educational environments.
Qualifications
- Active Illinois IDFPR Occupational Therapist license required.
- Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
