We're looking for a leader to drive AI enablement, adoption, and transformation across our fast-moving Enterprise Data & AI organization. You'll turn AI capability into real, usable solutions that the workforce trusts and adopts, driving the behavior change that converts investment into measurable value. You'll build fluency, change management, and adoption programs at enterprise scale, while making sure AI use stays compliant in regulated settings. This role reports to the SVP, Chief AI Officer, and offers the chance to make AI adoption a design principle, not an afterthought, across the company.

- Connect and package AI capabilities into usable solutions aimed at real business problems
- Set the standard for how AI solutions are designed and experienced by the people who use them
- Build self-service environments that let non-specialists build and deploy AI solutions safely
- Lead enterprise change-management strategy and adoption programs, tracking utilization as a business metric
- Lead domain-specific enablement for research, clinical, commercial, and operations functions
- Build AI fluency at scale through a structured learning academy with pathways for every role
- Build and run a network of embedded advocates who accelerate adoption at the function level
- Build the practical capability that lets each function show its AI systems meet required standards
This role might be for you if you
- Have built and led enterprise AI programs end to end, with measurable behavior change and productivity gains
- Enjoy building learning and fluency programs with pathways for different roles and skill levels
- Know how to measure adoption as a business outcome, tying AI use to productivity, cost, or revenue
- Apply user-experience thinking to enterprise AI tools and solutions
- Understand how to connect and package capability from across an AI organization into usable solutions
- Have experience enabling AI use in regulated environments
- Stay current on the AI landscape
- Bring strong people leadership and can influence across technology, business, HR, and executive teams
This role requires
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (advanced degree such as MS or MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of progressive experience in technology, governance, or digital/AI transformation
