BOWLING CENTER ASSISTANT

Support the day-to-day operations of the Bowling Center by assisting with program needs, customer service, and facility care. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-kept environment while helping ensure a safe and positive experience for all users. Ideal for students interested in learning bowling center operations and facility management.
Responsibilities and Career Competencies
- Communicate and work with coaching staff on Bowling Center scheduling – C, TW, P, CT
- Communicate with coaches regarding operational needs within the Bowling Center – C, P
- Perform simple mechanical tasks (basic adjustments, minor upkeep) – T, CT, P
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties to maintain the facility – P, CSD
- Monitor activities within the Bowling Center to promote safety and proper use – P, CT
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks – P, CT
- Exhibit organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills – CT, P, CSD
- Perform other duties as assigned – P, TW

Education Requirements: Must be a current UPIKE student in good standing.

Work Schedule: Hours vary depending on workload; typical coverage may include Su, M, W, R, F, Sa as needed.

Physical Demands: Reaching/Handling; Stooping/Kneeling; Crouching/Crawling; Lifting up to 50 lbs; Carrying up to 50 lbs; Climbing.

Pay Rate: $ 8.75/hour
