IT Business Manager

The Business Manager for Information Technology Operations provides administrative; financial; and operational leadership for the Hendrick Information Technology department. This position is responsible for managing the department's budget; procurement; vendor relationships; contracts; project coordination; regulatory documentation; operational reporting; and strategic planning activities. The Business Manager serves as a liaison between IT; Finance; Supply Chain; Compliance; Human Resources; and operational departments to ensure efficient delivery of technology services supporting patient care; business operations; and organizational objectives. This position works closely with IT leadership; Administration; Clinical leadership and technology vendors.

• · Bachelors degree in Business Administration; Information Systems; Finance; Accounting or related field
• · Masters degree preferred (MBA; MHA or MS)

• · 5 years of progressively responsible business or operational management experience.
• · 3 years of supporting Information Technology or Healthcare Operations preferred.
• · Experience with budgeting; procurement; contracts and project management.
