Capacity modeling (OEE, cycle time, bottleneck analysis) Labor and cost modeling (COGS, LOH, ROI/NPV/IRR) Manufacturing analytics & process optimization Simulation tools (FlexSim / AnyLogic / Simio) Data analytics: Excel (advanced), SQL, Python, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) PFEP and material flow modeling Scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and forecasting AI/ML-based analytics (preferred)

Must-Have Experience

7+ years in industrial engineering analytics/ manufacturing modeling Experience building end-to-end IE models (capacity + labor + cost) Strong exposure to factory operations, throughput optimization, and cost analysis Experience with business case development and financial modeling Hands-on work integrating shop-floor data, MES, and analytics systems Mandatory Skills: CADTools.

Experience: 5-8 Years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
