3+ years experience in community development activities and programming, facilities operations, and staff supervision.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working with new student programs and/or international students

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills. Good leadership and conflict resolution skills. Ability to quickly and effectively respond to emergency situations, communicate with a diverse populations and supervise staff. Knowledge of standard office software package.
