The Residential Advisor monitors progress and provides developmental guidance to residents participating in residential treatment programs. This position assists residents in adapting and learning new social, emotional and intellectual behaviors as part of a medically prescribed psychosocial treatment plan. This position also manages the therapeutic milieu, to assure the safety and well-being of the residents, families, and caregivers.

• Required Bachelor's Degree in Social Service, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related allied health field
• Required withing 30 days of hire Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) - American Heart Association
• Preferred 1 year Social Services work experience
• TRAVEL IS REQUIRED
