Coordinator Magnet Program RN

Department: Nursing Administration

Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift, 7:30am-4:00pm

Facility: St. Mary's of Nazareth Hospital

Assumes organization-wide responsibility for leading and coordinating activities related to the hospital’s journey to obtain and maintain Magnet designation. Acts as a resource and liaison between the Chief Nursing Officer and others to assess and facilitate organizational readiness.

• 2. Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 3. Maintains current expert knowledge of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® requirements.
• 4. Excellent computer skills are required including proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access).
• 5. Demonstrates experience in managing complex projects. Detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $35.35 to $53.58. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
