How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
  • Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care..
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
  • What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

One or more of the following

  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Clinics in Alabama require Ala LCE.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Valid state license required for associates working in Alabama clinics.

Education

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences you'll need

  • One year of experience is preferred.
