- Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Design, or related equivalent with four (4) or more years of experience in corporate interior design.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of corporate office furniture systems such as Steelcase, Hayworth.
- Ability to specify furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
- Oversee installations and resolve conflicts during installation.
- Exhibit excellent office space planning skills.
- Work as a detail-oriented team player in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Work fluently in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Bluebeam, and Photoshop or Sketchup a plus.
- Complete heavy workload within established time frames.
- Multi-task with strong problem-solving skills.
- Follow through on initiatives for complete resolution.
- Display strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Travel 35% to new office locations to confirm furniture power, field conditions and complete punch list walk downs with furniture vendors. Assist Lead Project Manager on site visits.
