What You'll Do
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their business needs to drive account growth Act as a representative for Help at Home within the community, enhancing brand awareness and supporting strategic business development initiative
- Ensure efficient communication channels and procedures that streamline operations and enhance client and referral source management
- Acquire, retain, and monitor key relationships with Case Managers for contribution towards meeting goals.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Understand their business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and drive account growth
- Follow up on leads effectively and in a timely manner.
- Maintain the database with all sales activities.
- Actively engage with clients to ensure a timely admission process for start of services.
- Support the onboarding, training, and continuous development of Intake Client Associates. Provide mentorship, feedback, and foster a culture of professional growth.
- Facilitate collaboration with recruiting and onboarding teams to ensure consistency in best practices and communication across departments.

- Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two (2) years in client services, or a related role, with a focus on intake processes; experience in healthcare sales preferred.
- Medicaid, Waiver and Home Healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience as a manager or team leader preferred.
- Experience managing relationships with distribution partnerships and/or referral sources a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.

- Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
