Shipping Associate

Our shipping team is a tight-knit group of hard workers, with a range of practical and creative backgrounds. We ship upwards of 10,000 D2C units each month globally, and also handle wholesale and B2B freight, ensuring our products reach fans and customers worldwide efficiently and effectively.

As a Shipping/Production associate, you’ll work with us in the lead up to the holiday season to fulfill thousands of orders to loyal customers around the world, and for helping with everything from receiving incoming products, to inventory, to facilitating super-secret marketing mailers for high-profile clients across the entertainment industry. This is a part-time, entry level position with room for growth.

• Organize and prepare shipping area for fulfillment
• Pick items for fulfillment
• Stock & count inventory
• Prepare packages for delivery by prepping contents, attaching shipping labels and confirming that all invoices reflect the correct information
• Maintain a working product knowledge for the purpose of accurately picking and packing merchandise
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflow efficiencies and packaging
• Maintain an inventory of packaging products including labels, boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap and packing tape
• Maintain clean and safe work spaces
• Prepare outgoing parcels for pickup by carrier services
• Participate in quality control
• Perform production/fulfillment tasks as assigned
• Uphold merchandise handling best practices
• SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication and collaboration
• Superior organizational and documentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize meet tight deadlines
• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience using label-making software (ShipStation)
• Experience using packaging equipment (pallet jacks, shrink-wrapping machines, Zebra printers)
• Familiarity with Gmail and Google Suites

This may require lifting and carrying up to 40lbs, bending, standing for extended periods, climbing, walking, fine motor skills, and other physical activities associated with a shipping role.

This is a part time, hourly non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $18.57/hr. Candidates must have at least 3 days of availability Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, each week, with occasional work outside of business hours including weekends. The position is fully onsite at our Pasadena warehouse location.
