Havenwood of Burnsville is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead our innovative fitness center. We are a senior living community with 135 apartments, offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. Join us in promoting health and wellness for our residents!
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of the Fitness Manager
- Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees.
- Oversee operations of the fitness center and programming.
- Orient and train residents and staff on the use of the fitness center equipment.
- Provide individual and group educational opportunities for residents and staff
- Actively recruit new fitness memberships both internally and externally
- Lead daily resident classes and trainings.
- Perform assessments and create wellness programming.
- Assist with preparing and distributing monthly calendars.
- Plan and execute diverse and engaging programs to meet the needs of our diverse resident population
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience in fitness management and/or personal training.
